CANCELLATION POLICY

Effective Date: October 16, 2023

 

We understand that life is unpredictable, so if you are feeling ill or anxious about exposure, or for any other reason please ensure to cancel, change, or reschedule your appointment at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid cancellation charges.


​Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled or changed less than 12 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged for 50% of the service(s) booked.

 

Any appointments cancelled, rescheduled or changed less than 2 hours before the scheduled start time will be charged 100% of the service(s) booked. 

To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call the salon at (869) 309 - 4161 or visit Schedulicty. Cancellations via email will not be accepted. 

LATE POLICY

We respect your time, ours, and others, so please arrive on time. We require all of the time booked for your service(s) to provide consistent and top-notch nail care to help make you look and feel your best.

 

Please understand that if you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, your appointment will be considered a no-show and rescheduled to honour our existing appointments. 

 

All no-shows will also be charged 100% of the booked service(s) in line with the cancellation policy agreed to upon your booking. 

 

In case of a discrepancy between the scheduling program (Schedulicity) and the time the client has written or recorded in their own calendar, Schedulicity will be considered correct.
